How to manage study time in the first year of MBBS
The first year has heavy subjects and many new terms. A daily routine helps.
- Anatomy, physiology and biochemistry need a daily reading habit.
- Make diagrams and flowcharts instead of only reading.
- Revise each topic several times in the first weeks after learning it.
- Join study groups, but also keep time for self study.
- Keep time for rest and friends. It helps over the long term.
Do not wait until the exam month to start revising.
